The product arrived quickly, about 5 days, two things left me a bit perplexed, the first was the type of packaging, the plastic bag had many tears, I think they tried to glimpse what it was. I would recommend packing in a way that makes it more difficult to see inside. Secondly, within a few days the price dropped quite a bit, market rules...........

Really easy to use as always, and very quick customer support/arrival of product. Bought it on a Monday and it arrived on Saturday, but it was shipping from New Zealand. If it were to ship from Australia it would take longer so be careful...

Would be 5 starts if the information about where the item was shipping from was a bit more obvious. Was buying a new phone and between the options some turned out to be shipping from overseas. It was my mistake, but the fact it was shipping from overseas was written with small regular letters and got lost in the clutter. Otherwise good service - still waiting on my item a week later, but to be expected with overseas shipping....
